MATERIALS:
1 cup young coconut from two coconuts
50 gr flour
25 gr cornstarch
25 gr butter
150 gr granulated sugar
6 egg yolks
6 egg whites
400 cc of liquid milk
200 cc of coconut water
¾ tsp fine salt
½ teaspoon vanilla
50 gr raisins
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Beat the egg yolks, sugar, salt, and vanilla until thick white &
2. Beat butter with fork until smooth, add to the egg yolk mixture, stir well
3. Enter a young coconut, stirring
4. Pour coconut milk & milk little by little until blended
5. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add to the batter and stir gently
6. Pour the batter into the hot dish who smeared margarine, decorate with raisins
7. Bake in oven over medium heat for 30 minutes until cooked
