Material:
120 g wheat flour
200 g margarine
3 eggs, beat until fluffy
200 g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
150 g sugar
60 g pieces of almonds / walnuts
¼ tsp fine salt
How to Make:
1. Heat the margarine until melted. Enter a piece of chocolate, sugar and salt, stirring until chocolate melts and sugar dissolve. Lift.
2. Pour a little flour and beaten egg. Add the chopped almonds / walnuts. Stir well.
3. Pour batter into greased already dialas with baking paper and spread with margarine, spread them evenly. Sprinkle top with chopped almonds.
4. Bake in the oven temperature 170 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes or until cake is cooked. Lift. Cut into pieces and serve.
For 12 pieces
Tips:
Color chocolate brownies are hard to tell if the cake is cooked or not. You do this by piercing the cake with a stick / wire. If there is no stick-raised dough which patch / dry means the cake is cooked.
