This recipe I got from my German friend, Anna Greve. The most impressive for me is, how to fry the potatoes with oil seminimalis possible.

Materials / ingredients:
- 200 grams potatoes, peeled, washed, diced
- 1 clove garlic, keprek, thinly sliced
