Material:
* 800 grams White rice
* 500 cc Water
* 250 cc of milk cows
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 / 4 teaspoon yellow dyes
* 500 grams of goat meat (cut - cut)
* 1 / 2 nutmeg seeds
Oil * 8 tablespoons shortening
* Clove, cinnamon and cardamom to taste
* 1 stalk lemongrass (crushed)
* 1000 cc Water
Fried onion to taste *
Spices that are:
* 10 cloves Onion
* 5 cloves garlic
* 2 tbsp Coriander
* 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
* 1 tsp cumin
* 1 / 2 tsp Fennel
* 1 / 2 finger ginger
* 1 / 2 Turmeric fingers
* 200 grams red tomatoes
* Salt to taste
* 10 cloves Onion
* 5 cloves garlic
* 2 tbsp Coriander
* 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
* 1 tsp cumin
* 1 / 2 tsp Fennel
* 1 / 2 finger ginger
* 1 / 2 Turmeric fingers
* 200 grams red tomatoes
* Salt to taste
Cooking Method:
* Steamed rice until half cooked, remove from heat.
* Put the rice into a saucepan, add water and salt
* Add all the milk, 3 tablespoons shortening oil and yellow dye.
* Stir and cook until water is absorbed by the rice, remove from heat.
* Heat the shortening 5 tablespoons oil in a skillet, saute the spice paste until fragrant.
* Put the meat, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and lemongrass and stir well.
* Add water and cook until the water dries up and the meat becomes tender, remove from heat.
* Combine the meat into the rice before, stirring until blended.
* Steam until cooked, remove and serve with a sprinkling of fried onions on top.
