Ingredients:
8 egg yolks
5 egg whites
150 gr sugar
100 gr flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
(*) Third sifted ingredients TSB
25 cc of melted butter
25 cc rhum
200 gr whipping cream powder
400 cc of cold milk
1 klg black cherry
200 g cooking chocolate
Method:
1. Beat eggs and sugar until thick & up.
2. Enter flour & chocolate mixture, stir well
3. Enter the oil gradually, stirring until smooth
4. Pour in pan 20 cm round who smeared butter & dusted with flour
5. Bake in moderately hot oven with (180oC - 30 minutes) until cooked, cooled
6. Cut one in half, sprinkle every surface with rhum
7. Beat chilled whipping cream with milk until creamy, then apply at half the cake, give black cherry, Put back
8. Apply also on the entire surface of the cake and then decorated
9. Cookin grated chocolate, chill in the fridge ± 15 minutes, sprinkle on the cake, decorate with cherries
10. MLP Chill fridge, so whipping cream does not melt
