Dough Ingredients:
125 grams of full cream milk powder
50 gr flour sifter with 1 / 8 teaspoon baking soda
100 gr unsalted butter
75 ml evaporated milk
First eggs
oil for frying
Sugar Syrup Ingredients:
200 ml water
200 gr sugar
Bh 3 green cardamom, crushed
1 / 8 teaspoon saffron
1 tbsp fresh milk
1 / 8 tsp rose essence
How to Make:
1. Syrup: cook the sugar and water to boil. Enter cardamom, and saffron powder, reduce heat. Boil sugar over low heat for 40 minutes until a thick syrup.
2. Pour liquid milk, stir well. Add the essences of rose, stir well and bring to a boil once again. Remove, let the steam heat is lost.
3. Dough: stir powdered milk, evaporated milk, flour, eggs, and mix it with butter. Stir well.
4. Let stand for 30 minutes the dough. The shape of each one teaspoon of dough into balls of a marble.
6. Heat oil, fry the dough balls on medium heat until golden brown. Remove and drain and chill.
7. Enter the fried balls into the syrup, let stand for 20 minutes. Serve.
